  1. Breakfast most days is eggs, sausage, grits and half a bagel. Then sometimes I make belgian waffles though I don't use syrup. Just get frozen fruit like berries, peaches, add some monfruit, a bit of water and two tblsp of flour. Voila topping for waffles. And no sugar added.
