Excellent video. Yeah and here is the other thing. I've seen M.D.'s and Nurse Practitioners who are pretty much pill pushers.

Not only what you feed the chickens but the breed of chicken matters too. Once had a colleague who raised chicken. He gifted me a dozen multi-colored eggs. They were excellent.

It's not so much the oil but the damned sugar in everything. I'm serious. And what fat and cholesterol we take in, it just goes right out without affecting our lipid profile.

@aliendroneservices6621 Yeah I know only oil I use is Olive oil and Avocado oil. But case in point sugar - I dropped all sources of sugar. Went from 240lbs with high blood pressure to 150lbs with normal bp. And yes in addition to those oils I use a lot or butter to cook.

I dunno I eat approximately 700 eggs per year. BMI is normal, don't have diabetes. Nope. Now sugar - sure I'll put on a ton of weight if I eat sugar daily.

Oh sure English was my first language but Spanish was my second and my third is Italian.

Oh man. since my spouse was diagnosed with type II Diabetes I followed the keto diet with him. And if you look at my stats even my age - my blood pressure is 120/80, pulse rate under 70 at rest. Plus I've dropped nearly 30lbs of weight so far. And my genetics - Mediterranean and Neanderthal are the majority.

Motor vehicles and ships use most fossil fuels. Now I can tell you ships - the U.S. Navy is a nuclear navy. Why can't that tech be put on all ships? A nuclear reactor producing gobs of electric power. Imagine.

Here is my empirical observation on this. My spouse was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. He's been put on 500mg Metformin and we regularly monitor his blood sugar. At all readings his blood sugar hovers between 70 and 110 - or completely freaking normal. Now here's the fun part - we strongly limit carbohydrate intake and added sugars. Both of us have lost more than 30lbs (13kg) (I followed the same dietary rules just to see what would happen. ) And we're eating high fat foods, proteins and vegetable and fruit. Go freaking figure.
