  1. Oh man. since my spouse was diagnosed with type II Diabetes I followed the keto diet with him. And if you look at my stats even my age - my blood pressure is 120/80, pulse rate under 70 at rest. Plus I've dropped nearly 30lbs of weight so far. And my genetics - Mediterranean and Neanderthal are the majority.
