  1. Not only what you feed the chickens but the breed of chicken matters too. Once had a colleague who raised chicken. He gifted me a dozen multi-colored eggs. They were excellent.

  2. I dunno I eat approximately 700 eggs per year. BMI is normal, don't have diabetes. Nope. Now sugar - sure I'll put on a ton of weight if I eat sugar daily.
