It's not so much the oil but the damned sugar in everything. I'm serious. And what fat and cholesterol we take in, it just goes right out without affecting our lipid profile.

@aliendroneservices6621 Yeah I know only oil I use is Olive oil and Avocado oil. But case in point sugar - I dropped all sources of sugar. Went from 240lbs with high blood pressure to 150lbs with normal bp. And yes in addition to those oils I use a lot or butter to cook.
