I've been one of those nerds that by reading a lot of self-help, my life would improve drastically. The only book that made a meaningful impact (sorry Mark) was 'Getting Things Done' by David Allen. Purely because he's holding your hand taking a few simple steps to organise your life. In the end that was all I needed. Should've learned it in kindergarten, but alas.
