  1. China is shutting down all the private exchanges. However, it's moving to a public crypto exchange, one that the government controls (IE it gets to freeze it during economic crisis). So right now a big bloodletting is occurring due to the Chinese taking their crypto out of the exchanges and turning it into fiat. Once the government exchange hits though, the price, for non-ICO's at least, will skyrocket.
