  1. The problem is that the arguments put Israel's interests first. What's the most compelling argument is that Israel can be stabilizing role in the Middle East and a source for economic development and prosperity for all the neighbouring states, IE, the Arabs. And this isn't just some pretext, I genuinely believe that. I'm not a Jew, I'm not even an Israeli. I sympathise with Israel purely because it's the first attempt at a modern civilization in the Middle East and I want the Arab nations to become equally prosperous.
