Chelsea has nothing left. Clinton Foundation is ceasing to exist and any other job she had held relied on her being an access point to her mother. If her mother doesn't have any power then she's worthless as access point. Considering everyone now has read Podesta complaining about her work ethic and how she's obstructing others in an organisation nobody else wants to hire her and nobody else is willing to shell influence-cash money for speaking engagements. The gig is up. The only option she has now is to run for president or become utterly obsolete.
