  1. This problem is too narrow. It's not just the household's energy bill. This energy price hike applies to the entire supply chain on which pretty much all of the nation's employment as well as the state's revenue depends. We're messing with the very base layer of this massive Jenga tower we built.

  2.  @ianmedford4855  I get the idea. But to meet that dependence the state still requires revenue yielded from a functioning economy. If the economy stops then the state has no leverage either.
