  1. I've started growing my own psilocybe mushrooms, I'm dehydrating them and occasionally use them in low doses. It's great. It's not enough to get you tripping but it gets you in a real clear and creative state of mind that lets you figure out your priorities real fast. They're not addictive, there's no hangover, no side-effects other than sleeping like a baby at night.

  2. It's quite easy to get them online. Most countries ban the mushrooms but not the spores. This means you can get growing kits online, legally. The growing kits greatly vary in difficulty level. I would reocmmend a beginner to just roll with the 'ready' to grow kit which is a prepared substrate that only needs to be opened and put in the accompanied bag for it to work. You can get several harvest out of it if you carefully following the instructions and are hyper-hygienic about it. Yeast is all around us and once it hits the substrate it's ruined. Then afterwards I have reusable silica beads in which I dry them thoroughly so they can be permanently stored without them losing potency.

  3. It's not something I would recommend though. Some people are prone to psychoses and it can create lasting brain damage if it hits you like that.
