@VarykGerai The van was handled unprofessionally, a few rounds through the engine would've been sufficient and until then I always thought that was to be the normal procedure. But still, no responsible parent would've driven to a spot that has just received an aerial strike seconds before. Putting yourself in danger to save a wounded man is heroic, taking your kids with you is reckless and irresponsible.

@Finiras That place was a combat zone, it's known as one of the most violent areas in Baghdad and there has been fighting prior to that day. On top of that, if you get an apache helicoptre flying over, you don't start peering suspiciously around a corner with a mega-tele lense. I had to be told afterward that the guy wasn't carrying an RPG, I would've done the same and launched the rounds in his direction. I'm in no way a supporter of the war there, but the footage here was hardly shocking.

@VarykGerai an idiot that would be caught of guard and ducked behind the corner. They behaved like combatants, they looked like combatants, they were shot like combatants. It's that simple.
