This stubborn apathy towards ivermectin is hard to square with the urgency that the government expresses towards the pandemic.

@dinohall2595 It's a novel virus therefore no treatment initially has sufficient data to prove its effectiveness. If you consider this unacceptable then by your logic nobody should've been initially treated at all.

@dinohall2595 and yet we rather send people home than give them a drug we knew was safe from the outset. This is inhumane risk management.

@bendeleted9155 that's less useful to the 3.9 million people that have died to it. Ivermectine could have saved 62% of those as per this meta analysis.

@dinohall2595 Sick people were turned away from hospitals without any treatment at all. It doesn't make sense.

@nyx6937 High school teaches about vaccines that introduce a disabled virus to the the immune-system. The covid-vaccines don't work that way.
