  2. Those are the rules. The electoral college is bad and should be changed, but you wouldn't have a problem with it if the shoe was on the other food.

  3. Problem with the popular vote system is that unless it's done in absolute secrecy, people who vote later can be influenced by those who vote early and all kinds of weird strategies could arise.

  4. No more exit polls then. Just 24h radio silence until every vote has been counted. Fine by me, not sure how it could be done but if you got a system then I'm all for it.
