I overdosed on vitamin B1 and B13. "But it's water soluble." Yeah that's what I thought but over the months I was poisoning myself with these supplements. And the symptoms were all related to general nerve damage. Twitching eyes, elevated blood pressure, heart palpitations, angina pectoris, extreme sensitivity to cold, flashes in my eyes and beestings in my legs. I looked and felt like I was slowly dying. The problem was that all of these symptoms seemed unrelated at first, and they were so persistent that it wasn't easy to trace it back to vitamin B until a blood test (which only measures lower bounds not upper bounds). Anyway, not a riveting story like your videos. But still a worthwhile cautionary tale. After I figured it out, the symptoms dispitated and I feel alive and healthy again.
