I love your content, so consider this a bit of technical constructive criticism. You say you prefer not to waste everyone's time by meandering. Which you're indeed not doing. However, I do notice that you consistently aim for videos of around 10 minutes. People used to do this because that's what the algorithm optimized for. But that rule is gone. Youtube's algorithm is now agnostic to the amount of time of a video and promotes them all equally. This means that by letting go of that arbtirary constraint, you can now create long and short videos whichever is appropriate to a topic. Usually shorter videos with a short punchy point do better as people share those more.
