  1. In your video you seem to assume Pakman is on the same page with you in regards to free speech. But he's not. In his interview tih Greg Lukianoff Pakman says he's for freedom of speech, but in that same breath he supports 'consequence culture' which they define as building lists of people and their transgressions such that other people, including employers, clients, organizers etc know whether or not they want to associate based on that information. Making lists of people is legal, one could even say it's a form of speech that should be protected. But the inclination to leverage "consequences" against the people whom's ideas you object to shows an unwillingness from Pakman to let someone's speech stand on its own and engage it on just those terms.
