  1. It's understandable people immediately try to change consumer behaviour, but by far the biggest source of plastic can be attributed to locations that have no waste treatment whatsoever. Ocean plastic is an infrastructure problem, not a behaviour problem. And that's an opportunity as infrastructure is easier to change than human behaviour.
