  1. They're not laughing, they're shaming. They want men to start seeking out sex again because this little equation doesn't favour women in the slightest. This disparity means more women having to share the same few men that are still having sex. Now this what women naturally prefer anyway but this is getting so lopsided that they're running out of runway to schedule their lives around. They're trying to get men back to the negotiation table, even the Mary Sue realises they have to or they're screwed.
