  1. When companies grow larger the increase their Corporate Social Responsibility budget. Whole divisions in a company are started to look good to the outside world and to shareholders. It's basically glorified PR but not aimed to the consumer as much as to the backend. Cue some head CSR person in desperate need of justifying their own position and coming up with a campaign like this and indeed, ultimately defeating the very reason they got hired in the first place. SJW's have managed to convince out of touch executives that they're speaking on behalf of the mainstream and that's how they get corporations to dance to their tune, completely engrossed in their social justice bubble thinking they're going to get legit street cred for doing it, until it pops.
