  1. This is my third Pycharm tutorial and all three of them have started with existing projects. This is not useful to beginners that have no existing projects. "Maybe you should learn how to create new projects before starting on Pycharm", yes, fair point. But as a beginner I'd really like to figure out Pycharm first as that's where all the python tutorials keep pointing me to first.
