  2. 4 days ago the Dutch BBC (NOS) made a whole item about how Putin lost control over the Baltic sea. A total distraction. Putin never had any control over the Baltic Sea, the Soviet Union lost dominance over that long ago before he came to power. It's just that the state media desperately needed a win so they made one up.
