Poutn has already destroyed the economy and demographics are taking a pounding too. Intellectuals fleeing, prisoners being released to fill labor shortages, IBM programmers working as Street sweepers. russian future is looking bleak.

  5. I think you just need to get used to the accent. We don't get it as much here in the west so it's unfamiliar. I felt the same way in 2014, I hardly notice it now.

  6. ​ @jeanlavoie5598 France is a founding member. They left the joint command structure for a time but reintegrated back in 2009. They have always been a charter member.
