  2. They adapted them to attack land targets after Moskova and spend them mostly on ground attack. The other systems are almost as good, allowing Ukraine to shift roles for Neptune.

  3. @S300V  you do realize Neptune is a ground based launch system with 2 large rockets. They have more range, larger payload then ATACM. Storm shadow is only launched through planes. Ukraine does not have enough ATACM or Strorm shadow to his all avaliable targets. They have been given less then 30 ATACM launchers, while also needing to conserve their munitions. Only a few hundred Storm shadow have been sent. Neptune helps fill a pretty large gap in ground attack capability.
