@benjaminleo7011 hazards mean the cars in trouble and can't move, not that you will back up without a sholder check like a fool.

Also liability usually falls on the moving vehicle not the stationery one. Even if she was riding his bumper centimeters away, it's still his fault for not checking and hitting a STATIONERY vehicle. Really Really hard to win an insurance claim in any situation like that. Fault almost always goes to the moving vehicle.

@GooberM47 well she did honk. If he used a turning signal instead of his hazards like a fool she might have had an idea what's happening and reacted better. Side note when people use their hazard light the wrong way it tends to confuse drivers and cause things like this.

@benjaminleo7011 Instead of a turning signal he had hazards on. He's so bad at driving he's dangerous to others.
