He has no problem blowing up a pipeline in an attempt to blackmail and freeze Europe. Lol russia had the most to gain from blowing up the pipeline. They already cut off the flow and were burning the gas. There was massive international pressure for them to turn the flow back on. They accepted payments to turn it back on then blew it up. Besides Qatar and Australia sell and produce significantly more LNG then the USA. By your logic Qatar would have hit the line.
