  6. I don't remember anyone drawing the line at tanks, I just remember they said it was what is most needed at the moment. The line is Nukes, Chemicals, clusters, and phosphorus. Everything else is in play.

  8. Can't speak for everyone. Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, NZ, are all in South East Asia and have sanctioned russia and provided varying levels of military aid. Thailand has even condemned russia and sent a fair chunk of humanitarian aid.
