  14. russia is already exercising near total war. Short of chemicals and necular they have no more cards to play, no more punches to pull. They are all in as it gets before going ww3. Their air force is operating at max capacity. Ukraine still has ground based AA and an active air force preventing russian jets from just rolling in.
