They've been accused of trying it in Khazikstan twice, and even Mongolia. Meanwhile leaked evidence shows they are behind things like the trucker protest in Canada, the Sudan civil war, and multiple coups in Mali.

They do want to join the EU it seems though. As high as 70% do.
