  2. Well I know Canada asked for some to be shut down. China agreed, few moths more were found in a different city. You can try to stop them but they just open shop someplace else.

  4.  @dudermcdudeface3674  what are you talking about? They often get shut down then re-open in other locations. They are smart enough to pack up and re-group within months. In democracy they can't be arrested until an investigation is completed. They flee, get a new id then come back at the first whiff of trouble.
