@wolfswinkel8906 first: the balloon is bigger then any other weather balloon used. Second: It had a propulsion system. How'd it get blown from China into Canada then over to Montana?

Just making sure the Silos don't get flooded this spring. So thoughtful.

@wolfswinkel8906 first: it was monitored hovering over locations and changing direction against wind currents. Second: China even said in response to it being shot down that it had steering capability.

@stuart4341 China already has secret police stations set up in a dozen countries. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt if they weren't so blatantly spying on everyone

Satalites can be easily shot down. They fly very predictable paths. It's a political nightmare though. I wonder if this was a test for conflict when both sides inevitably loose most Satalites.

@wolfswinkel8906 if no weather balloon is anywhere near the size why is this one so large? Defective reasoning there. If no other weather balloon has controlled flights why does this one? Why such a massive solar array for weather instruments? It's obviously no weather balloon.

And they are all Chinese. Just like the secret Chinese police stations found in something like 30 countries spying.

You don't really. Also how'd it get there from China, they are pretty darn far away. Besides real weather balloon can be tracked publicly online.

@alastair9446 I know, we're on the same side here. Maybe focus on the 3 pro China bots in the comments.... Instead of attacking the person calling out chinas BS
