  2. Actually russia is the most warlike. The russkiye federation for example has had less then 2 years of peace since 1991. In the last 10 years russian forces have deployed in over 20 African countries.

  4. Many of those countries listed there had nukes, and decommissioned them. Not everyone wants their own nukes.
