  18. These secret police do things like spoof the phone number and voice of a Chinese dissident and call in bomb threats or make rude calls to friends and work. They also follow and intimidate people. Some have even claimed the Chinese police tried to pull them into a van. These "police" are more like the east German kind then one that actually protects or serves.
