It would encourage more countries to get nukes and use first strikes in aggressive wars. It's bigger then just Ukraine.

  12. You do know the North koreans invaded starting that conflict with russian and Chinese support right? South was initially very weak, west wouldn't supply them much in an effort to avoid a conflict there. Besides russia started wars 14 wars since 1991 and have been involved colonialy in 9 countries they exploit resources of. Wars: georgia twice, Transnistrea, East Prigorodny, South Ossetia, Abkhazia, Tajikistan, chechnya twice, Dagistan, Ukraine, Syria, and Central Africa. Colonialy exploited: Syria, Yemen, Libya, Sudan, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Central African Republic, and Mali. Nobody can compete with russian wars and exploration.
