Flores-Ruiz claims he was hit first and defended himself. Should they not wait for the trial to end before passing judgment? As for the immigrant who's land lord they arrested, there's no evidence he is a gang member. They call anyone with a tattoo and sports memorabilia a gang member now. Arresting the landlord is nonsense.

It is a crazy case. They showed up to her court room to arrest somebody without a warrant. She let the man leave out a side door so they arrested her.
