The judge told Murray to pursue the best deal that best makes the creditors whole. While giving them authority to conduct the bidding process, however they deemed fair and appropriate. Both parties were notified of the changes and had ample time to adjust their bid. Jones is just being a sore looser, again.

@Dylan-d7m There's a hearing today to address baseless claims made by Jones about the auction being unfair. It's likely to only last a day or 2. As the video addressed, Murray had the right to change the rules of the bidding process, and was charged to find the best deal that made creditors whole. He did that, desperate appeals by Jones have never been sucesful.
