  5. Actually, trump made it legal to be fired for being trans and for businesses to deny them service. They also can't travel because trump stopped recognizing passports and ID of people who transitioned. If the gender on the id doesn't match the birth certificate they can deny entry (even to citizens). Not to mention the fact that most people don't have to wait till they are an adult to treat a medical condition.

  6. You might need to start offering travel pamphlets, so patients can move to somewhere they are allowed proper medical care.
