  3. im from southeast asia of chinese descent. many centuries already that chinese have been here usually to be colonial middlemen and rich merchants. jews were like this in europe too and no one liked them because they were the rich minority. for chinese in southeast asia, they are somewhat seen like this too in different countries in southeast asia. some countries do it worse like holding riots and massacres against them

  5. @Kevin Na lol i didnt say anything about wishing to be korean. im just a fil-chi who happens to sit beside a couple of koreans near the front row of the class but even when there is no korean, when i walk in the streets, some random person will shout anyeong at me lol or if they are anime fans and they see my last name, they think im japanese. there was a time, i was sitting at the back of the bus, some guy beside me decided to talk to me and my brother asking if we were koreans or something. he mustve thought my thick glasses and long sleeve shirt at that time made me probably a korean lol because his first conversation starter was a comment about what grade my eyeglasses were. this all just because i look more predominantly east asian and large korean influx into the country is a current thing.
