  9. corruption is a phantom problem that exists in every country. the only difference is variation in rates, which its main factors are symptoms of other problems. people been yapping since for decades about it, not like yapping about it would do anything. its like yapping about prevalence of disease thats always been a fact of life. hospitals exist, just as an office of the ombudsman exists. not like it'll ever fully go away.
