  2. remember as well that these tv shows are only available to those homes with a tv so the audience is aimed as well. thats why they can have episodes where the lights went out because a home that has access to tv would usually mean that its not always normal that they wont have lights

  8. 3lrancho most filipinos nowadays dont know spanish besides spanish numbers and those integrated in the local languages. when the spanish colonizers left and american colonizers came to replace them. the popular high class educated language shifted and got replaced too from spanish to english. only few filipinos still know proper spanish well. the chavacanos are nice examples
