@abitgeekie technically, they dont need a passport but they do need a permit...

@abitgeekie that's what the requirement of the ROC government of Taiwan requires... they do also claim mainland china as being theirs... so no, they don't need a passport, but they do need a permit. the permit is of course not something easier to get and not "just" a permit...
