the stereotype mindset is present as frequently discussed in the video. the mangas u read relating to churches, nuns, and catholic stuff is not there because the manga artist thinks he wants to make the japanese audience familiar but it is because the manga artist wants to portray something exotic and fancy to the japanese viewer. you even see the common japanese stereotypical view at it in anime and manga. christianity is usually seen like dark scary black and white catholics with fancy looking gothic churches and sound like some sort of scary cult

kawaiso ne. kawawa no. these two phrases describe exactly her identity disposition. they are both of the languages of her parents. how very alike isn't.

lol the japanese who gulp and wolf their food quickly and belch is a positive culture to the japanese themselves who see it as the person liking the food that much that they'd eat it quickly and possibly even want seconds. if u do it in japan, they'd feel honored about it.

All y'all Americans to me. 50 years ago, my country, who is a neighbor of japan, legit saw it like this. there are some out there that still do.

the bald guy is ignoring any other choice but the one he wants. so what, if there is a declining birth rate, it is not the end. it is just a mirror of the high cost of rearing more human beings. if the population declines, things will balance out later as workload cannot be met in japan. that is truly what nihonjin are afraid of, but it is what will lighten the load and allow birthrates to go back to manageable levels.

the bald guy justifies hostility. killing someone without murderous intent is called manslaughter.

in my country, the rule of urinals also applies to train seats lol. people sit as far away as they can to be comfortable with their space unless the train is full and everyone wants a seat even if it means physical contact with the person next to u

the bald guy is a hypocrite. the people who dont like using gaijin cuz other countries, especially americans say it means "outsider" is trying to advertise foreign values, but they dont want to compare the bad things in those countries themselves.
2
oh right, believe the westerners and let them colonize u all in favor of greed and ignore any other option but greed

i think the lady in the video was more like voicing her own desires. i think it was her who wants sex from those men, that's why she justifies it by saying most men just want sex, because that's convenient to what she wants.

she has daddy issues it seems.

sometimes it feels offputing that countries in east asia are so closed off and clueless of what happens in the world. there isolationist bubble feels as if it severely impedes their access to knowledge and developments around the world. this coming from their neighbor in southeast asia. people in latin america, people in southeast asia, people in the middle east, people in south asia, people in oceania and to some extent people in central asia and africa know all whats happening in europe and anglo-america due to wide knowledge of english and western media but its always offputting that when you ask things that seem otherwise simple and obvious to everyone else that people in east asia look at you so cluelessly as if they can't relate at all. that barrier is what makes it so annoying. its as if they cant parley equally with the knowledge and popular trends available. yet sometimes some have some sort of loathing against those outside their little bubble of a sphere

japanese are a very conservative people

lol i guess it is there that women who grow up very reserved in an asian country would be shocked at it and keep quiet then it is when they come home, it is there they will have their outburst and be mad or cry about it lol.

the host with the glasses reminds me of those ww2 movies with the japanese soldier wearing glasses that usually doesnt like foreigners

its normal in many asian countries that small talk is not the norm and more of the exception at least in my country. people almost never talk to someone they dont know unless its for the explicit reason of asking for directions. im from a country directly south of japan in southeast asia

its good that the christian community in japan is well founded and nicely established even as just a small minority. always thought they were all killed off or kicked out like those who fled to the spanish colonial philippines back in shogunate times

speaking english is what they would stereotypically expect a foreigner to only know tho lol hahaha

basically, strange/abnormal = bad that's how the japanese mindset works its even embedded in the language. the way japanese usually comment about something bad is to comment that it is strange/weird (変 [へん])
