actually besides burma and liberia, there are a good number of countries too that only partially use some imperial and metric units. in my country in the philippines, we use celsius for temperature but feet for a person's height and lbs pounds for a person's weight. we also use the american dating format. we use gallons for big water delivery but liters for bottles and milliliters for small liquid measurements. cups sometimes too with kitchen recipes. for distances though, we use kilometers and for weighing objects, we use kilograms or sometimes just called kilos.

i believe that in science, 25° C is considered the standard room temperature in general used in measurements all over the world as it is a sort of a midpoint temperature for both temperate and tropical countries who are the majority of the world population as with each differing normal temperature scale. in my country in southeast asia, normal room temperatures inside buildings span around 28-32° C. outside though, this can be around 27-30° C but on hot days though, it can reach up to 33-39° C. on highland places in the country or atop mountains here, its much comfortable and cooler though around i think it was 21-26° C.
