where the hungarians came from
25
and of course, the Philippines ruled in his name

@randall5501 man's literally wrong, but you're still clouded with pride refusing to see reality.
4
@randall5501 oh now projecting more delusions
4
@randall5501 tell yourself that 🤡 generalized ideas like race are only but the tip of the iceberg, which the science of biology and linguistics will tell u it's more complicated than simple race boxes. if u cant go deeper than that, you've left urself limited by ur own impasse.
4
only the rulers and precolonial upper class were hindu-buddhist, the majority of the common precolonial people were animists who later on syncretize some few influences from the hindu-buddhist ways. islam also wasnt that big in precolonial philippines. only sulu, maguindanao, lanao, palawan, and parts of maynila were muslim, meaning only the western encrouching edges nearest to malaysia and indonesia had muslim influences and many of them like those in maynila only had nominal muslim rulers in name just to be able to have closer diplomatic ties with those in malaysia and indonesia
4
@randall5501 lol philippines is not an austronesian country just because the majority are austronesians. this is like saying that a country is muslim or catholic just because they are the majority rather than the reality that they are secular countries
3
@randall5501 u're too obsessed with race like the malaysian government. the world is a big place with more than one mindset. stop generalizing
3
@chrillsimslovesgretathunbe9771 wow, u have a wild imagination. u want to generalize too? ur imagination seems quite big with all those leaps in generalization. sadly, every assumption u stated is very far from reality
3
@randall5501 i see u're in ur own imaginary world, only seeing the surface of reality.
3
@randall5501 why not review first what you were saying awhile ago lol before u make the leap that these are somehow insults lol. first u generalize a country and compare it to some other country to fit in the box of ur mindset, then start rambling about a long outdated racial classification system that led to wars and atrocities decades ago telling us how that is somehow scientific truth when other systems have long supplanted that. maybe then, one can see the projections one spouts can be revealed in ur mirror
3
@randall5501 u can cope harder still living in the 1800s with blumenbach's outdated ideas, while society progresses with ethnolinguistic groups.
3
@kaidanalenko5222 wow, never met a filipino who isnt austronesian or just thought every filipino is somehow automatically austronesian? guess what, it won't be 100% correct cuz it's a nationality, not an ethnicity nor "race". if u bring up korea, even if south and north korean society has high homogeneity, the citizens are still not 100% the same ethnic groups. these are cold hard facts that can't be dumb down and generalized even if glossed over. even someone from indonesia or malaysia would know not everyone is absolutely the same ethnic group.
3
@kaidanalenko5222 im starting to think u're just not very bright. not everyone is austronesian in the philippines, just as not everyone is austronesian in malaysia or indonesia or singapore. i dont know if u're trying so hard to ignore the existence of non-austronesian groups, especially chinese filipinos, chinese malaysians, chinese indonesians, chinese singaporeans, that make up a fair demographic in all of the above countries.
3
there's now two of them???
3
3:40 Tongo Tondo*
2
sounds like overextension from key centers of the empire
2
lol in asia, it's normal to have billions of people per country. a population of not even a million is really small for asian country demographic standards
2
@randall5501 only makes sense in ur delusion. literally nothing he guessed was true about my identity but im in no obligation to tell u any details about me cuz why dont u start telling us about urself lol. tho of course, it'll just be nothing but pride that'll cloud ur vision.
2
@kaidanalenko5222 wow, have u never met a filipino who is not austronesian or do u think every filipino u meet is austronesian? also u cannot compare korea nor japan. those countries historically turned out with high homogenuity, yet the citizens are also still not 100% the same ethnic group and these are cold hard facts. u cannot dumb these down and generalize them. if u are from indonesia or malaysia, u cannot ignore that not everyone is the same ethnic group. nationality and ethno-linguistic groups are not exactly strictly the same. these are cold hard facts u cannot merely generalize.

Kill and Steal??!! ehehehehehehehe

sephardim?
1
it depends on the teacher and the school, in my school in metro manila in luzon, my teachers did teach all of this... only other schools would say they werent taught this
1
@baldeagledelta3482 Igorot literally means mountain dweller and usually refers to the highland ethnic groups that are usually tribal groups. the folk living in the cities across the philippines are usually lowland ethnic groups that are different from the highland ethnic groups. people don't like being misidentified and generalized with weird assumptions.
1
@randall5501 only malaysia is like that because malaysian government is too obsessed with the malay ethnic group and so called "race". there are many countries in the world who treats all their citizens as equals even if certain ethnic groups are of common origins. the world is a big place. there is no need to generalize your mindset to other countries.
1
@randall5501 wow u're so obsessed u dont even notice u apply ur mindset to other countries in the world that had different histories. it's precisely that u havent learned enough history that u only see the surface of reality
1
@kaidanalenko5222 oh and you still wanna call them austronesian countries? or u just dreaming for austronesian maids to eat pagpag with you so much u imagining everybody u talk to is a maid. go to jollibee and their boss is surely not austronesian, but they can send the maids u love to feast on ur favorite pagpag
1
@kaidanalenko5222 oh, dreaming for austronesian maids and pagpag so much? fly to philippines whether philippine airlines or cebu pacific and dine at jollibee, oh wait no money besides for pagpag? head over to largest bank BDO or loan from metrobank or chinabank and many more... oh wait, they wont even let u meet ur favorite pagpag and maid, cuz their boss apparently dont exist in ur mind. wonder how can they own those if they are not filipino?
1
maybe the north macedonians will say that too
1
the narrator is sooo american that the pronunciations are even pronounced in an americacentric way
1
George Nathanael sometimes they dont even

@kharlmichaelpura371 lol why tf are those pictures with indian faces hahhahahagahahahaha
1
Tondo is a poor squatter district in Manila now
1
cough cough* ph would be part of malaysia...
1
@apolakigamingandmore6376 Malaysia is Malaysia because Malaysia was British Malaya. Philippines is Philippines because Philippines was Spanish Felipinas. in the mock battle of manila, there were two fleets calmly waiting outside manila bay, imperial german ships and imperial british ships waiting to pounce and take over in case the americans screwed the battle up. malaysia would not have only west malaysia and east malaysia. today's east malaysia would have been central malaysia while philippines would have been east malaysia while pressing the propaganda that they were all malays

@alejandromata5120 Lim A-hong was a pirate. his family name is Lim not Le
1
the pronunciation of yuezhi and dayuan here is hilarious
1
at 3:40, there's also a misspelling of "Tongo" that should be Tondo
1
@alejandromata5120 symbol of the revolution, inspired from sun of may/sol de mayo in latin america like for example, argentina and uruguay's flag. the sun in ph flag also used to have a smiling face but it was removed cuz it looked weird. number of rays are just the number of provinces that first initiated the ph revolution through simultaneous coordination at that time around 1898
1
the dutch stole hermosa formosa from our basco garrison from manila
1
but the americans did, thats why there is baguio and there is mountain province named in english rather than an old hispanicized name
