When I was a student, I helped a little boy from turkey with his homework (paid in Mama's Börek) because he was doing very poorly at school. 35 years later I saw him again, he had three children, a nice family and a good job. It just takes support from everyone and then little plants bloom in secret, where you would never have expected them to be.

  5. Language and socialization with locals is key. He learned German very well and worked voluntarily in his community as an administrative assistant . Very nice guy and Ostelsheim has a very committed and intelligent mayor.
