@twentysecondnomad8177 Violation of his 14th amendment due process right. Definitely a violation of his 8th amendment right against excessive fines. They are smart enough to know that value for sale/loan is based off of market value. They know that the state doesn't get to dictate what you sell your property for or how much you can get on loan for it.
