  5. There are far too many ppl who know nothing of how our government works and the very reasoned intentions behind it. Their job is to do what the Constitution wants. They are lifetime appointments so they don't ever have to feel beholden to the ppl, so it is the opposite as he says. They are beholden to The Constitution and their interpretation of it only.
