@PerryDouglas-v5h It is racist, for one. It picks ppl over characteristics instead of merit. Equity is an evil thing to strive for. It only brings everyone down to meet the lowest common denominator. And diversity just for the sake of it is not a good thing to strive for either. It should be merit only.
