 @kingkyle17 We are a Republic. Not "actual democracy." And in your system, 40+ states would have NO say at all. With the EC, the small town in Iowa gets their vote just like NYC.

@rickstevens1479 A Senator represents his state. It is those ppl literally being represented. Do you think KY shouldn't be or something? 😂 The other states have their representatives, too. And for the HoR, they go by the population. The Senators were supposed to be the vote for the state. Not the people. They changed it. It should be changed back. But, anyway, higher pop states get more representation.

@barnabusdoyle4930 It isn't a handful of states that decide. All of the states decide. Lmao Why do you think the others don't decide? It takes 270 to win. You get there from all 50. Swing state just means they can swing either way. And states can change. I live in OH. We used to be one of them. Now we aren't. TX is turning blue. Ca used to be red.
