So, you say it is worth whatever amount. Then, the bank sends an assessor and they see if they agree. You negotiate and a deal is made or not. That is exactly what they did. It is whatever every single property sale does. That is why investors are talking about leaving now. Because what he did was normal. The gov doesn't get to decide what your property can be sold for (or used for loan for) Another thing is their valuation of at least o e property is absurd, just like the video says. Lastly, they didn't even allow him a defense. But, those banks said they were happy with the deals, made money from them, and that they'd do business with him again.

You have clearly never bought property or you'd know that the bank sends someone to assess the property before they agree.😂 So, they agreed to the price. They said they were happy, they made money, and they would work with him again. The gov doesn't get to decide what your house can be bought/sold for.
